Well this was the start of the swamp, I should say the snake pit. We saw more snakes on this trip than ever before. This is where the adventure began.

Notice the Cotton Mouth Snake center top of the dam

Okay, I hate snakes especially in deep water and you have no place to go. Luckly, I did not have to use my H&K.

Another wonderful Cotton Mouth not more than four feet away. These snakes are very poisonous and aggressive

Already, seeing four snakes I decided to keep my legs up, what a wus! I was not alone you will see alot of us with our legs up, it wasn't because we were afraid of getting wet or muddy. These damn snakes come out of nowhere. I am ordering a snake bite kit this week.
