Yamaha vs Polaris vs Outlander Traction Review & Crutchfield Shock Report
J brought two of his machines the Outlander and Sportsman X2. We wanted to
test out the Crutchfield shocks, but J did not get too far before his right rear CV
Joint popped out even with the limiter strap. This is the second time it happen to
J. It happen once before in Broken Bow right in front of Ed the owner.
Apparently, they have designed shorter springs to prevent this from happening,
but we haven't got them yet. It must be noted this has not happen to my
machine, it just depends. If the shocks are difficult to put on, and your cv joint
racer feels like it is popping out in sitting position, your cv join might pop. I ll
have a full review shortly on these shocks.
J limped the Outlander back to camp only to
find he had a slow leak on this Terra Cross tires.
