This was the big build up ride between Pondhopper, and Gotmuddy. For various reasons Gotmuddy did not show up, however, everyone had a real good time. Mack did a very good job in providing as much mud as possible, given the severe drought we were in. It was great meeting everyone, and we had alot of fun while it lasted!!! Lets see how the ride went.
This is James from Team Gorilla. James has a AC 650 H1, with a 8" lift.. James's Cat did very well, but Jason didn't tackle the super, thick, thick mud too much due to the poor bevel grears on the Cat. James mention this is a weak spot, and you need to drive accordingly, however, with that much GC James was able to go deeper than most people, and had no problem with deep ruts.
Thanks too Mudman sending me this picture of me. This is Gator Marsh, and is was full of water. We had a good time playing in there.
Here is J. doing some water wheelies. J's CVT didn't leak, and is now completely sealed.
This was one mean turtle
This is our group on the trail
This was a nasty, nasty, mudhole. It would of been nice to have Jason's lift kit. But he didn't want any part of this hole
This is known as the Canal, J made it all the way through, and I made a 1/4 way through, until the old Grizz sucked some mud and water into the carb, and my day was pretty much shot. J is running 28 Mudzillas, and has his patent stealth snorkle. The belt didn't slip, didn't break any axles, other than lack of ground clearance the Outlander 800 did great. Everyone that thinks these holes and canals are just water, think again
